Where we ship

We ship from our warehouse near Brussels to more than 30 countries across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, please write to us and we'll look into adding it.

Rates & delivery times

• European Union, UK & Switzerland: 2–4 business days. Free on orders over EUR 80. EUR 9.90 otherwise.
• United States & Canada: 4–7 business days. USD 14.90. DDP — duties pre-paid.
• Asia-Pacific: 5–8 business days from USD 19.90.
• Rest of world: 7–12 business days, rates calculated at checkout.

Carrier

Orders are shipped with DHL, FedEx or bpost depending on your destination. Every shipment is tracked and insured.

Processing

In-stock orders placed before 15:00 CET ship the same business day. Weekend and holiday orders ship on the next business day.

Customs & duties

Orders shipping outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes. For the United States, Canada, the UK and Switzerland, duties are prepaid (DDP). Elsewhere, duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours, write to us at [email protected].
