Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the ONSEC website and the purchase of products offered by ONSEC S.A. (“ONSEC”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase on https://onsec.net. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to refuse or cancel orders, and to limit order quantities at our discretion. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorise the charging of your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. We do not store full card details.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The ONSEC name, logos, product designs, photographs and written content are the property of ONSEC S.A. and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly provided. Our total liability arising from or related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
